But Mr. Nader’s announcement may have been overshadowed by the bizarre actions of defendant Kozlowski who, moments after the judge’s declaration of a mistrial, leapt to his feet and started chanting, “Toga, Toga, Toga!” (One of Borowitz's best columns.)
