Genius parrot has joined the choir invisible at 31

He was the only parrot to have completely memorized Hamlet, although the somber mood of Shakespeare's monologues was somewhat shattered by the bird's constant interjections of "(Squawk). Pretty bird. (Whistle)."

He is also the only bird to have been the head of a sovereign nation, having been the first President of Estonia during the post-Soviet period. He was responsible for some of that country's most important construction efforts, including the country's first cuttle bone factory, and is perhaps best remembered for his efforts to eliminate the VAT tax on crackers.
