NCAA College Football BCS Standings Week 13
There's no debate this week. Notre Dame is first in all six computer systems and both human polls. Alabama is now back up to second.

The human polls kept Oregon in the #4 slot, but the computer boys dropped them all the way to #7, so they are #5 overall behind Georgia and Florida, which means that the SEC now has numbers 2-3-4 in the nation (as well as #7 and #9). Some very strong SEC teams will be out of the BCS bowl picture because of the two-team limit per conference.
