Where is the McFarthest spot? (The place farthest from any McDonald's.)

Did you know you can't get to the Statue of Liberty without passing through New Jersey?

You can't drive to Northwest Angle, Minnesota or Point Roberts, Washington without passing through Canada. (Although in both cases you can take a boat there through American waters.)
