Emily Ratajkowski Speaks Out Against New Book of Photographs

Emily Ratajkowski Speaks Out Against New Book of Photographs

"The book — called Leder/Ratajkowski — uses photographs that Ratajkowski says were only intended for publication in an artful magazine shoot. Among the collection of 71 pictures are several nudes of the actress, according to 'Page Six.' Ratajkowski wrote that Leder never received her permission to use the images in the book. She said the publication goes against everything she stands for, including the belief that women should be able to choose when and how they want to 'share their sexuality.'"

I haven't seen or read the book, but I believe she is writing about these photos.

  2. He apparently is not a very good photographer. A lot of the shots are slightly out of focus. I don't believe they were using the soft focus as an artsy fartsy approach back then. Plus the poses are sheer amateur. She might have an actionable cause considering she is now famous, but in almost any photographer/model contract, especially back then, the copyright remained with the photographer and he/she could do anything they wanted to do with the pictures.
