NFL Football Scores - week 12
Freakin' Patriots. Brady has an off day (50 attempts, only 286 yards), Gronkowski makes no contribution, and they still find a way to win. They had trouble at Foxboro for what seems like the first time ever this season, so they make up for it by going 6-0 on the road. I'm starting to get annoyed by those guys.
The Raiders have clinched their first winning season since - I dunno - I think Coolidge was President. They get the trophy for "most improved." They were 3-13 two years ago, 7-9 last year, now stand at 9-2.
On the other side of the coin, the hapless 49ers have gone from 12-4 in 2013 to 8-8, to 5-11, to 1-10. They are in free fall. They have now lost ten in a row, and do not have the Browns on the schedule this year. In fact, even playing the Browns might not help, since they actually lost to the Browns last year, and they have allowed more points than the Browns this year. The only bright spot in their lives is that their next game is against the Bears, who suck almost as bad as they do, but the game is in Chicago, so I'm sure the Niners can lose it if they really put in the effort.
