NCAAF College Football Scores - Week 5

NCAAF College Football Scores - Week 5

Poor Rutgers. The bad news: they lost to Ohio State 56-0. The good news: that was progress, because last year it was 58-0.

The only upset among the top tier teams was #5 USC's loss to Washington State, but that was only a mild surprise, if any at all, given that State was ranked #16 and had the home field advantage. Sagarin had USC by 2, and the game went down to the wire, as expected.

The definitive "we have arrived" statement of the week was made by unheralded Troy, which knocked off #25 LSU 24-21 in Baton Rouge! That's huge. Sagarin had LSU a three touchdown favorite.
