Cubs lose. Cubs lose.

Cubs lose. Cubs lose.

Lester did a good job after surrendering a homer to Rendon, but the bullpen was hapless.

Ryan Zimmerman, who delivered the fatal blow to the Cubs, must be about the best player that nobody ever thinks of when asked to name good players. His triple crown stats were .303 36-108. He led the team in both HR and RBI. Admit it now. Unless you specifically follow the Nats, you didn't really realize he was that good, did you? (The fact that his previous three seasons were injury-riddled sort of cast him into obscurity.)
