This is one of those tough ones. Neither party has changed their stories, and it appears to be a case of he said/she said. The story as written is clearly biased towards the accuser, almost to the extent of being a hit piece. Lip service is given to an apparent parade of people ready to call bullshit, while paragraphs are written about someone who heard a noise in a room, checked on the girl, saw she was fine, and then walked away. This is one of those bad situations to bring up: no matter what happened, there just isn't enough to make a judgement. It's clear they won't find a parade of other accusers, they already went looking. No pattern exists. He's happily married with zero complaints about violence. This one is just an outlet looking for a story to get clicks, feeding on the hype, hoping the Mob bites. And they did. (oddly, they didn't with Sylvester Stallone, Steven Seagal, and others who have had patterns reported and have been open secrets like Harvey for years... Apparently they have ways to keep things quiet that Miller does not.)
