She did nude scenes in four films in the mid-70s. Two of them are her well-known partnerships with Clint Eastwood in The Gauntlet and The Outlaw Josey Wales. The other two are more obscure: Death Game and the Second Coming of Suzanne. Here’s an overview of her nude career.
Death Game was a terrible film, but interesting pairing: Colleen Camp with her colossal jugs bouncing around, with modestly endowed Sondra. I thought Sondra looked better though; slim & trim, while Colleen had too much baby fat at the time. I followed Sondra’s career up through Ratboy, but lost track. Rest in peace, Sondra.
