The film is Rampage: The Hillside Strangler Murders. Brittany Daniel made her nude debut in this film, when she was nearly 30.

As for the movie itself, I hated it, although I guess I was supposed to, given the subject matter, so it’s fair to say the movie was appropriately visceral. To be less oblique, one critic called it “relentlessly sadistic.” (My review)
