I mentioned it to some friends last weekend that he had passed a month prior. Both shocked, and not shocked, at how far off the radar he fell. In the 1970s and early 1980s Jan-Michael Vincent was verging on A-list leading actor status. Then he had the drug the problems which hurt his career that led to doing some B (and lower) quality movies (some might be considered “Skinimax” movies); it was downhill into obscurity at that point.
