  1. Hail yes! Early Steve Miller is the only Steve Miller. Keep your eyes peeled, there are good bootlegs out there, including a King Biscuit show.
    The ph Miller looks like he has a collection of human-skin lampshades squirreled away somewhere.

  2. LOL. Haven’t smoked any of that stuff since the early 80s. And I would have never wasted good weed on any Miller album after Brave New World.

    Both comments did have something to do with the ever lovable Stephen “Non-Guitar” Miller who is mentioned. He is evil and he does look like a corpse. Admittedly the Les Paul stuff was definitely off-topic – I did a little lookup on the musician and found that nugget about his folks and Paul. And the rumination on the two Millers reminded me of the two Walshs. Hey I didn’t know this board was supposed to be so damn serious.

    1. It’s not. I was just confused. Which anymore these days is fairly easy to do. I tell people that they are driving me crazy and that it’s not a very long drive! LOL!

  4. I have trouble believing “evil”. But then he was known for being a shameless ripper off of other folk’s riffs and then cashing the subsequent royalties without giving any credit. Interesting fact I – his father and mother were the best man and maid of honor at the wedding of Les Paul and Mary Ford.
    Now Les Paul was amazing. I saw him in NY when he was in his late 80s. Easily one of the best guitarists I’ve ever heard live.
    It would be so nice if the “other Steve Miller” would follow the path of the “other Joe Walsh” who got voted out of town and went back home to resume his career as a professional a-hole. We’re not probably not going to have any such luck with Kid Corpse Face though.
