To my knowledge, he did not collide with any thing or person affiliated with Walmart.

  1. Well, to be fair, the crash of his “van” (bus, whatever) with the Walmart truck was not technically his fault as he wasn’t driving it.

    Didn’t the authorities decide the WM driver was at fault?

  2. To be fair:
    – it is a very low sports car and very close to the other car, so not easy to see
    – if he came to the intersection after she did, she wouldn’t be expecting him
    – parking is permitted on both streets, so the lane the female driver was in may have been the de facto “rightmost lane”
    – if Tracy Morgan has a history of being hit, he might not be the best defensive driver
