Wait! Only 1,300? Does this mean there are Canadians who don’t wear plaid, or is there a law that prevents more than 1,300 Canadians from assembling.

  1. That has to be fake news. “An Ontario city said it broke a Guinness World Record”…Probably just some random guy from the town in question, calling himself “Mayor”, who said it at a bar one afternoon after a good day’s drinking.
