Then they beat the 14-2 Ravens in Baltimore

Meanwhile, the Vikings had nothing. 146 net passing yards + 21 rushing yards + two turnovers = a trip back to the frozen north.

  1. Ravens did a fine impression of Marvin Lewis’ Bungles in the playoffs, particularly with the many dropped passes and total inability to stop the run. Andy Dalton would be proud. This was mimicry on a Rich Little level.

  2. The Vikings didn’t even try in the 4th quarter. Seemed like they just wanted to keep the score down

  3. Vrabel (like myself) is a NE Ohioan who used to watch the real Browns play at the old dump by the Lake. I bet there was an extra bit of sweetness for him in ending the “Ratbirds ” (what we call the stolen Browns) season.
