“Which state is your state’s least favorite state?”

It turns out that New Jersey hates everyone.

Most of these make sense, but I’ll be damned if I can figure out why people in South Carolina hate Ohio.

Florida’s least-favorite state is … Florida!

  1. Ohio State and Clemson have had a rivalry, meeting twice in the College Football Playoff in the last four years, and again in the orange bowl in 2013. And the Woody Hayes thing. Could come from that.

    1. By why specifically Ohio? There are all sorts of obnoxious tourists at Myrtle Beach from Michigan, New York, etc.

      1. Seemingly they are all from Ohio or maybe they are the most obnoxious but Ohio has always been the brunt of bad tourists in northeastern south Carolina

      2. I think it has a lot to do with college football. Google “Woody Hayes Clemson.” He punched a Clemson player after an interception, pretty much ending his career. I don’t think the fine folks of South Carolina will ever let it go.

        1. Clemson won the game and you underestimate the Clemson hate from Carolina fans. It is due to shitty tourists.

  2. Strange. Last year, I visited New Jersey for the first time in about 50 years. Generally, the people there were exceptionally pleasant. Perhaps it was because we went to South New Jersey, which is (or was) the rural part of the state.
