Based on years of history for both Trump and the Trump Organization since 1973, here’s what will happen:
- He’ll delay and delay by any means available – appeals, frivolous countersuits, ignoring requests for depositions, ordering subordinates not to respond, whatever it takes – forcing opposing litigants to spend money they can’t possibly afford.
- Meanwhile, Trump will argue the case in public by condemning prosecutors, judges, or any individual seeking justice for having been bilked by one of his scams.
- If the opposing litigants are willing to go broke to pursue the case, and if Trump finally loses all appeals and has to turn over any documents he doesn’t want to, it will turn out that he and his organization have destroyed any relevant e-mails, and shredded any relevant documents while the case was being delayed by his legal maneuvers.
- Litigants, prosecutors, federal marshals and judges will bluster about obstruction, but Trump will suffer no consequences. If he’s absolutely backed into a corner, he will claim the evidence was destroyed before the court order. If the court orders him to prove that with documents, he’ll start the whole cycle again, until everyone decides to move on. He’ll never suffer any significant consequences.
He is truly Teflon Don Trump.
“Biden the best a (voting) man can get”.
As Caligula (john Hurt) said to Tiberius in I Claudius, something along these lines, “now Uncle isn’t that a sad commentary on our times?”
Next thing you know, Trump will be using illegal FISA warrants to spy on the Biden campaign. Meanwhile the conservative media will protect Trump’s administration, and attack Biden and the dems every single chance they get.
Trump is so corrupt, he’ll get his kid a job in Ukraine, making millions of dollars. And when that company gets investigated, Trump will demand the prosecutor be fired…or else Ukraine won’t receive billions in U.S. taxpayer dollars.
And just to show what low morals the Trump family has, Don Jr. will leave his wife to start dating his widowed sister-in-law.
We wouldn’t want a corrupt family like that in the White House, would we?

The few parts that are almost true are totally irrelevant. (Hunter Biden is a troubled guy, but who cares?)
A few points worth noting:
1. Burisma was investigated for things that were done before Hunter Biden was on the board. It was not accused of any impropriety during his tenure, nor was he ever accused of any impropriety.
2. Joe Biden was the one who insisted that the corrupt Ukrainian prosecutor be fired, but it was not his idea. He was simply the messenger boy. (And then there’s the fact that it was the right thing to do! It’s kind of hard to condemn a guy for doing the right thing.)
In fact, if you wanted to make a legitimate argument against Joe Biden, it would have nothing to do with corruption because (1) He’s obviously a boy scout; (2) he’s never really been in the loop, so he’s never had any power to abuse. But the legit rap on him is precisely what I indicated in point 2 above – he’s never really been anything but a messenger boy, while Donald Trump has (for better or worse) exercised power and has run huge organizations.
Biden was a poor student at every level of education, and has never really done anything outside of politics. He seems like a nice enough guy, but really doesn’t seem to have a lot of mental horsepower. (Although Trump is no Mensa candidate either.)
I don’t even know whether Joe has any firm positions or signature issues. It seems to me that he’s running on the platform of “Vote for me because I’m not Trump or Bernie, and I have a cool black friend..”
Yeah, there are plenty of reasons to diss ol’ Joe, but so far the opposition has been barkin’ up the wrong tree.
