Colleen Camp’s big nude role was in 1977’s Death Game
She was topless in Apocalypse Now, and that was actually lensed in 1976 or 1977, but her nudity lay on the cutting room floor until Coppola released his “Redux” version in 2001
She also did brief nudity in three other films.

and Deadly Games (1982), a film with which I am completely unfamiliar
She seems to have made three films with confusingly similar titles: Death Game, Game of Death and Deadly Games. Death Game is the only one I am familiar with.
As Roger pointed out in an earlier thread, she is still working regularly now, but her last nudity was 38 years ago.
Oops a blooper I meant Death Game. I watched it in a single screen theatre in Birmingham UK as the B Picture of two. knock Knock is dross but both the girls are easy on the eyey and Reeves plays his part wel.
So she still needs to make Games of Death and Dead-Game.
As UncleScoopy points out, Colleen Camp was in a movie called “Death Game” and a different movie called “Deadly Games”. Brum Bob is describing “Death Game”, which was released in 1977. As well as Camp, it starred Sondra Locke (as one of the two evil teens) and Seymour Cassell (as their seductee/victim).
“Death Game” was out on tape during the whole VHS era, but even though I liked both Camp and Locke, it didn’t look like any fun to watch, so I never did. I am amazed it was remade, as Brum Bob points out. The US title for the remake is “Knock Knock”. The director was Eli Roth. There are 694 user reviews on the IMDB, many of which seem to be there to warn people not to watch the movie.
“Deadly Games” came out in 1982, and had Steve Railsback, Sam Groom, someone named Alexandra Morgan, and June Lockhart, of all people, as well as Camp.
Deadly Games 1982 starred Coleen Camp and Sondra Locke as two sexy but nasty teens who invade a guys life. I rewatched it a few months ago and was sup[rised by how little sex there was.
