Trump presented with Space Force flag by military officials in Oval Office

Gee, I wonder where they got this idea.

It’s interesting that they made almost no effort to change it. At least they didn’t use imagery from “Plan 9.” I guess, as they say (and I’ve always hated when they said it), “If you’re going to steal, steal from the best.”

  1. I’m no Trump supporter, but as usual people are getting bent out of shape about this without knowing the full story. In fact, according to SpaceNews.com, “Several commenters with military backgrounds pointed out the that the U.S. Space Force seal, with the use of the delta symbol, appears to be inspired by the real-life space organization U.S. Air Force Space Command, and that it’s likely the creators of Starfleet drew inspiration from AFSPC, not the other way around.”

  2. Christ what an asshole.
I like how Shitferbrains has his usual Eddy-Munster-but-dumber grin while you can just about see the thought balloon coming off the other three: “I left quarantine for THIS !?!”
