Many people say that this scene, which has been brightened here, is full of filmmaking shenanigans – doubling or CGI or whatever. I don’t have an opinion on that, but it certainly does look like her body.
To me it seems a perfect match for this scene from Sorry to Bother You:
I think in the Westworld scene she was wearing some kind of skin tight coverings, and they drew in the parts. Much like how they did Jessica Alba in Sin City (or whatever movie that was) although her pose was covered so they only had to worry about “erasing” the clothing instead of drawing in nipples. So you are seeing her body, but not really the bits.
Of course, that’s my opinion.
