Alfred Cheney Johnston should be a Fun House/Other Crap hall-of-famer. His speciality was Ziegfeld Girls naked – and often full-frontal – and many of them went on to be stars of the silent era and the early talkies. There are a lot of excellent examples of his work on Wikipedia Commons.
