The big doll house had a shower scene in it where I thought she had a dark freckle on her upper arm. For the life of me I can’t find it now.

Why do you think that, Mike? I freely admit my lack of Petticoat Junction knowledge. It was one of many sitcoms I could not watch when I was a kid, because I was so embarrassed by the stupidity of the characters. Any sitcom with Lucille Ball in it fell into the same category.
The ID seems correct. She identifies herself earlier in the film as McGee, and Pat Woodell is McGee, according to IMDb.
