This performance is one of the nominees for the best nude scene of 2020.

  1. Damn hyphenated names. She does not look like an “Edgar” and that name in there kind of puts me off. I mean, generally speaking, I don’t want to see an “Edgar” naked.

Which episode number is this scene from? Am I correct in assuming she did other nude scenes in this series?

    1. The linked scene is from episode 6. That was her only lower frontal.

She did topless scenes in 2, 5 and 9. She has long, long multi-position sex scene in e11, and you get a look at her booty, but there’s no lower frontal exposure.

      1. Thanks.

I think she looks a lot like Emily Mortimer, but with smaller breasts and less pubic hair (or is that a merkin?).

    1. Yes, I didn’t vote for Daisy, for the reason I gave in the prelim round. (By which Saoirse’s no less than the obvious choice.) But I too was besotted with Daisy. I sort of identified with her character. As did I suspect the author. In another way, on the surface, the male lead character resembles the author more. I just don’t believe the author feels quite like he does. I also felt while the male lead actor played the part quite well, he seemed a bit too much of a hunk to be so down on himself. Daisy’s role wasn’t supposed to be quite so pretty, but otherwise she was spot on & her portrayal hit every note with no visible effort. She can act.

The story touches on a lot about modern life, not just tech, and modern love & even a point or two about stories. The title Normal People means different things to the lead characters at different times, and generally different things in different situations. In the end, while these 2 storybook people have been presented as quite exceptional in lots of ways, if you liked the story & you indeed got it, you’d see that people like them exist. It’s normal.

Some people who loved the story say they hope for a sequel. I think that means they didn’t get it. They haven’t come to terms with the kind of story it really is. They think we can play the tape back & relive the experience. But that misses the point. It’s not like I suddenly realized the meaning of life or anything, but I seldom finish a love story feeling I learned something. That there remained something I still needed to finish processing. So not your average show. At all.
