Ghost nipples? Or some kind of blurring going on?
I think it was digitally blurred.
It was definitely played with, blurring and black levels to hide the nudity. I remember watching it at the theater and being so annoyed at the obvious manipulation of that whole scene. (And its so-called nudity as boosting the levels on the bluray shows big nipple patches on her breasts). So sad really, would have been a great nude scene if not that.
