I’ve known a few blind people and not one of them ever gazed at a person (or a camera) like that.
Actually, some blind people know how to track sound sources to make it look like they’re looking at you. And her disease was a degenerative one, meaning that she was able to see but slowly lost her eyesight as the disease progressed. She might even actually have some eyesight left, but still be legally blind (like maybe she only sees blurs).
I did not know what the Paralympics were until I just looked them up. I gather they are Olympics for people with a disability. Hers is that she is blind? Would that explain a lack of shyness about nudity?
