I suppose that the math of putting $100 million of cargo in a single ship works out in that the cost savings over time on shipping exceed the cost of losing one once in a while. Must be hard to remember that when you’re seeing one burn to the waterline, though.
One named the “Golden Ray” fell over, caught fire, and sank near Brunswick, Georgia in September 2019.
