Also the lupus sometimes makes her features more puffy which is why I think she often comes across more cute than stunning. Beautiful woman though.
It’s not lupus which would do that. It’s more likely the prednisone she has to take for her kidney transplant.
That’s a photo filter.
The pointed chin is an obvious giveaway. Most of these built in photo beautifying apps/filters came from the east, and so they make all faces skew towards that almond shape. With the chin point.
