As somebody pointed out in a recent thread, fashion is harder to understand than Finnegans Wake or Quantum Mechanics. What is the point of this look? You take a beautiful young woman with a spectacular figure and completely obfuscate or distort all the things that make her attractive in the first place. Maybe it never got weird enough for Hunter S. Thompson, but it frequently gets too weird for me.

I think it’s the pose that weird. By having her twist her body that way, it causes folds where there aren’t any. Looks like the photog was trying to get more interesting lines with her shoulders, arms, and legs.
We’re all taught in photography class that diagonal lines make a shot more interesting. And during a shoot, you might not see the horrible things her abs are doing. But, this isn’t a shot I would have let out of my raw images folder because it would have been obvious during the retouching in photoshop. Too bad because it could have been a great photo of her if it was executed properly.
And why did she let this one out? She’s got enough power now that she almost certainly has a say in which images are published and which aren’t.
Agree, nothing flattering about this shot at all,
If she was flat chested i think she would have disappeared.
Could be she is desperate for any exposure.
