Bullshit claim of the day:

Camp is very, entertaining.
And they say we’ll have some fun if it stops raining.
It looks like it would make a nice pattern for a tablecloth. Or maybe a bath towel.
I’m kind of ashamed to admit that I like it better hanging the correct way. Who woulda thunk it.

Given the condition they said it’s in, they should probably restore it. It shouldn’t be too expensive. After all, You can get multi-colored electrical on Amazon for 9 bucks. 🙂
All kidding aside, they probably should look into glueing the tape back down.
