Thoughts on Sigourney Weaver’s butt.

I’m just picking up this post from the comment section of another thread.

Sig was never shy about nudity, but never really bared her butt except in a scene from Half Moon Street. Hanzo asked if I had a good capture of that scene. I knew more at the end of my comment than I did at the outset because I kept expanding it, so I probably should re-edit the whole thing, but I think it is interesting to see my response as it was in real time:

I found it in HD, but the images are cut off at the base of her booty, showing far less than my image:

I wonder why there are so many different crops of this scene.

OK, one last thought …

I found my old DVD. In the early days of DVD, MGM movies were often issued on a two-sided disk: widescreen on one side, full screen on the reverse. This was such a disk. Surprisingly, the disc still played flawlessly despite having gathered dust for some 20 years. In the full-screen version, the scene starts from below the garter and works upward. So this is the first frame in that version:
