  1. Berridge is such an odd character.

    She was skin in Funhouse.

    She was skin here.

    She was never a real beauty, kind of odd looking.

    Then, she did a season of the short lived but very good John Larroquette Show as a cop in a bus station that was 100% the opposite of these roles. Frumpy, comedic, opposite of attractive. Might as well have been playing a trucker.

    I’ve not seen her since.

    I still miss that show. It was good, got canceled for being too dark, but it was GOOD dark comedy about a recovering alcoholic managing a bus station. His motto, from a sign in his office lifted from Coney Island (“This is a dark ride”) became the influence for my podcast. “Life is a dark ride.”
