I think they are natural. She has gained quite a bit of weight, and the boobs just followed.
I believe her weight fluctuates because she has lupus.
She has a lot of physical woes related to lupus and not: kidney dysfunction, high BP, etc.
And also, she eats like a 300-pound offensive lineman, which certainly doesn’t help. The junk food snack she describes below is about 2200 calories.
