There’s no body double. There may or may not be a visible nipple, but that’s her firm and substantial breast out there for our viewing pleasure.
It is a smooth single take. The live audience reacted appropriately. Gotta love the BBC – there are two other topless women in the same scewe.

Lara Flynn Boyle did quite a few nude scenes. In fact she tied Sheryl Lee’s record of nine nude performances in five years, during almost exactly the same span (1995-99 for Sheryl, 1994-98 for Lara).
Unfortunately, some of Lara’s scenes, in fact far too many, were the type that required a freeze frame to find the nudity, if it was there at all, and none of her scenes featured a clear look at her pubic area.
Some of her scenes featured full topless nudity in good light (e.g. Insatiable, The Road to Wellville), and she did do one scene that made an annual top twenty list. Our readers voted her appearance in Susan’s Plan into the #13 slot among the best nude scenes of 1998.
One cool fact about Lara: at one time (1999-2004) she was Jack Nicholson’s girlfriend!
