I had never seen this picture of Julie Newmar before.

It seems to be authentic. The original of this and one other similar picture of Newmar are being auctioned by the estate of the late photographer. “DESCRIPTION: A vintage December, 1958 original 2 1/4″ camera negative of actress JULIE NEWMAR in a phenomenal portrait taken by photographer PETER BASCH and from his personal archive. This is the original negative that was in the camera at the time of the photo shoot and is therefore the only one of its kind in existence.”

Some cut-rate Valentino makes a meal of Bo in the profound and soulful masterpiece, Bolero (1984).

John Derek directed four films starring his wife, Bo. They have IMDb ratings of 3.4, 3.1, 3.0 and 2.2. To put that in context, the legendary Ed Wood directed twelve feature-length films, and eleven of them are rated higher than 3.4. John Derek is a legitimate contender in any debate about the worst director of all time. He was, however, a genius at seducing beautiful women. In addition to Bo Derek, he was married to Linda Evans and Ursula Andress.

And yet I still fell asleep during the video
