  1. Growing up in a kid in San Diego, I remember going to a shopping mall anchored by a Mervyn’s (gone), a Montgomery Ward (gone), a Robinsons-May (gone) and a JC Penny (soon gone). Sounds like Sears is on the verge of bankruptcy also.
