Dead woman walking once she turned on the Clintons. And the moderate Upstater to “progressive” Downstater metamorphosis didn’t help.
Gillibrand alienated big Democratic donors by demanding that Franken resign and suggesting that Clinton should have also resigned over Lewinsky. The Democratic establishment favors the MeToo movement as long as it doesn’t affect their own people.
…and she might have lived that down, if she had any discernible message. Sadly, no.
OK, bets on who drops next? Crystal Lady & everyone else who didn’t make the debate don’t count, which pseudo-viable candidate? If Beto was smart, he’d drop and run for Senate; he isn’t smart. I’ll put my chips on Castro, he gives off a vibe like he a)is dead meat, and b)knows it.
