One of our visitors led us to this, which explains imgur’s new policy Bottom line: they will not support NSFW subreddits, and they will not support any NSFW images without requiring a log-in.

I reckon that means I will stop messing with imgur images. I’ll keep an eye on Reddit to see what they do, and I’ll also look around for other hosts with a minimum of bullshit.

    1. There are internet sites that will give you a temp text number, and others that will provide a temp email for just this sort of thing.

  1. At least they’re choosing to keep the content available if logged into an account, rather than as guest status. They’re choosing the “middle ground” rather than banning the content entirely as Tumblr did.

  2. Neither Firefox private nor Chrome incognito works from this site for me on desktop, but I just clicked a link from another site (non private) and it worked no problem. Weird

  3. Looks like if you open the link via Incognito window on Chrome it will take you directly to the picture….
