Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime associate, has been charged with enticement of minors

Maxwell is charged with enticement and conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, transportation and conspiracy to transport minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, and two counts of perjury”

I am surprised that she was “hiding out” in New Hampshire. There are plenty of countries that will not extradite to the USA. With her money she could have led quite a regal life in Belarus, for example. As this article noted, “Maxwell has three passports, large sums of money, extensive international connections, and absolutely no reason to stay in the United States and face the possibility of a lengthy prison sentence.” Perhaps she thought she would not be indicted?

Some have suggested that Bill Clinton has had an affair with her, which is distinctly possible given her possession of a vagina, thus clearing the ol’ horndog’s only hurdle. Then again, neither of the Clintons are “public officials,” and Clinton isn’t the one who fired the head of the SDNY last week! I guess we’ll know when we know.

  1. You’re always going to lose with any whataboutisms because your man totally exceeds any of his predecessors, including the Slickster, in advanced scumbaggery and general lowlife-ness.

    1. I’m not a Trump supporter. I don’t know how many times I need to post that. I actually voted for Bill Clinton.

      1. Probably a few more times, SteveO. Sad to say, as a free-market KoolAid drinker who habitually directs blame away from Trump, you fit the profile – it’s easy to forget. I will make an effort to remember, but that’s just me.

        1. I’m for gay marriage. I’m for abortion rights. I’m for small business. I’m for small government. I’m for the 1st and 2nd amendment. I’m for legal immigration, I’m for law enforcement. I’m for individualism. You may want me to fit a stereotype but I’m not going to.

          1. Yep, that’s what you say, Steverino. You also say you’re a libertarian. That movement seems to have become a Republican sock puppet. They have shiny ideals, but everything they want seems to be much better for billionaires than anyone else.

          2. Oh, I forgot, you got into this thread by taking a potshot at Bill Clinton, because you felt it was mean people were taking shots at Donald Trump. See why people don’t associate you with all that nice stuff you say you’re for? You stand up for Donald Trump, people kind of wonder why. Naturally they are going to think the worst, because Trump is the worst. Or do you want to pretend that Bill Clinton was a worse President?

          3. Roger, I believe in equality for all. I want to see everyone get the opportunity they deserve. But i want people to deserve that opportunity. I refuse to break down the population into groups of people with grievances. To define the population as black and white is simply not true. Everyone faces hardships. Everyone has their challenges. Some grow up with one parent. Others grow up with an alcoholic abusive family member. And then others are sexually abused. It isn’t so simple. “Privilege” would need to be a very advanced calculation well beyond race. We would need to “moneyball” society. There will always be people with more privilege, more money, and more success. I am certainly a libertarian and I’ve been forced to vote republican since Romney ryan. I will never accept the position of the radical left. The liberals made me vote republican and if they don’t recognize the power of individualism and innovation, I will be forced to vote republican again.

          4. You seem to be for a lot of things. Its great that you’re for a lot of things.

But you know what your not for?

            Getting. The. Job. Done.

Libertarianism doesn’t get the job done. It just lets you say you’re a rugged individual without actually having to do anything.

        2. “Opportunity for all.” Steverino, a billionaire or even a measly old millionaire has a lot more opportunity than someone who isn’t. That is kind of what socialism is FOR – to make sure all people have at least some opportunity for stuff like health care and a retirement, instead of working until they drop dead. It is about making opportunity more equal. Libertarianism is the politic equivalent of laissez faire – it’s great for the rich and unprincipled.

And you have been “forced to vote Republican since Romney Ryan? Poor you. Anyone who could not see Trump would be a disaster for everyone except the top 0.1% (and maybe even for them) was a fool. Hilary was just going to be more of the status quo. Only right-wing hysterics and left-wing dreamers thought otherwise.

  2. Bill Clinton actually flew around with his good pal and pimp, Jeffrey. Let’s at least be fair here.

    1. And Ms. Maxwell attended Chelsea’s wedding.

Interesting that Comey’s daughter Maureen is one of the AUSA’s on the case.
