A) Is that a real photograph of Judy Garland having a beer on the set of “The Wizard of Oz”? I would have thought it would be better known if it was.
B) Kate seems to have a handsome cat with a luxurious, well-groomed coat. There has to be something witty to say about that, but I am not up to the task.
Judy was 17 when Wizard of Oz was released, so probably 16 when she was making it. It looks to me like there’s a signature on that picture of her so I suspect it is a painting, not a photo. No doubt the figment of some artist’s imagination. As you say, if she was caught chugging the beer on the set, it would have been quite the scandal.
I am led to believe, however, that those munchkins harassed Judy plenty during the filming.
