Biden says judging another country’s genocide is just the result of a “different cultural norm”

“I’m not going to speak out against what he’s doing with the Uighurs in the western mountains of China. Culturally there are different norms in each country, and their leaders are expected to follow.”

That also explains Hitler, Pol Pot and Andrew Jackson. We have just been unfairly imposing our own norms on them. For some people, genocide is just the expected norm of social interaction, like drinking tea instead of coffee. You invite a few million people over for Thanksgiving dinner, and then if they are very different from you, or if you disagree with their ideas, you send them to special camps.

Just like my family did with Uncle Max.

Hey, who doesn’t love camp?

  1. Face it…the US is not even remotely a beacon of freedom and democracy anymore. Biden is just adjusting to that reality…Rwanda anyone?

  2. Biden’s going to have to do A LOT more, unfathomably more in fact, to make me even approach beginning to consider thinking about even any vague sense of buyer’s remorse. He’s certainly not perfect, and wasn’t my first, second, or third choice, but he’s ridiculously better than Trump.

    1. No, but I’m well aware that Sleepy Joe is not perfect.

      More important, he’s not Trump.

I mean he does support some fairly important things, like the law.
