He the same lawyer who stood in front of the senate yesterday and said that Trump should be arrested?
This van der Veen sounds like he has a decent grip on reality. That is a detriment when it comes to being a lawyer for Trump, because in reality Trump is always guilty as hell. As Dennis says, the Animal House defense is Trump’s only real option in the Senate trial, as far as I can see.
