  1. Personally, I think Caitlyn Jenner would make a better governor than Gavin Newsome. But I have my doubts California Republicans would unite behind her candidacy. I am not really sure who else is running as I haven’t been paying close attention since I live in NY and don’t have a vote. Maybe there is a different Republican running that could get a significant share of the vote. But Caitlyn Jenner may well be the GOP’s only real chance at electing a Republican governor in California for the foreseeable future. Then again I haven’t seen any polling one way or another.

  2. I thought he was Canada’s problem now. Or did they punt him back? If they stuck us with him, we should make them take Bieber back.

      1. He was referring to Cousin Eddie, not Caitlyn, but you may still be right about the whole pronoun issue. The correct pronoun for Cousin Eddie may be “it.”

  3. Ever since 2016, at least, I have been worried that it is “or what”. This news item provides no reassurance. It ought to make me laugh, but we live in a world where Donald Trump not only became president, but a significant number of people wish he still was. Even when it came to personal grooming, was he really any less absurd than Randy Quaid?

    1. At least with an actor, I can say they actually learned a skill and got paid for it in a movie.

      Unlike Trump, who’s only skill was leeching off his father’s money and contacts, committing tax fraud, and sinking other people’s money in his own failed businesses and footing them with the loss in bankruptcy while he manipulated his way out of any consequences.
