(There are scenes taking place in the present and others involving flashbacks. The show runners tried to make her look different then and now.)

Is she the main character in the show? Or just one of many?
The show is totally focused on her and narrated by her. The character is into motherhood and marriage in the present, but haunted about dreams and fantasies of the one that got away, including memories of the best sex she ever had.

Or do you mean the special effects department worked their magic to “enhance” her breasts?
Prosthetics. When you see her in the past with the bearded guy, it is Sarah. When you see her in the present with the clean-shaven guy, it involves prosthetics (three hours per day in the make-up chair).

Interesting. I watched the first episode, and was totally impressed with the sheer amount of Shahi nakidity. I’m not sure there’s anything to compare it to. I did notice her tits sometimes looked different, but I didn’t put two and two together and realize her tits were supposed to haved aged over time.
Weird show. Basically a chick flick story with tons of naked tits. Odd combination. Does the target female audience really like looking at Shahi’s naked body as much as I do?
