Hard to understand the dialog, between the sound quality and the actor’s accent. So this looks to me like a case of the lady being pissed at the man, and deciding to punish him by showing him her tits.

From my general observations, or at least to hear women talk, men spend all their time pissing off women as it is now, so how would it be any more difficult to get your A/C fixed?
