Madonna bottomless, from her “Sex” book (pub. 1992)

I don’t know what this book sold for originally, but it is now for sale on Amazon for 200 bucks hardbound, or 600 bucks (!) spiral-bound.

This is mid-career Madonna. For comparison, here’s how she looked in the 1970s, and here’s how she looks now (assuming she can control every aspect of the picture, pre-, during and post-photography).

  1. per Google:
SEX was originally priced at US $49.99, complete with aluminum covers, sealed in shiny plastic, and included a comic book and compact disc with one song – a tie-in to her attendant “EROTICA” album – a rather innovative recording that was completely overshadowed by the “SEX” event.

-Which is $89,95 in today’s dollars

some graphic images and some are tame by todays society.

Madonna will always be a very strange case of sexuality used for attention seeking fame

    1. Madonna was just trying to get attention? I’m shocked! shocked!

I’ve mentioned this here before, but I always liked this Paul Shaffer quote about Madonna: “The thing I like about Madonna is that she’s always finding new ways to bore us.”
