I noticed that Mr. Skin’s latest update has evaluated this as a topless scene. I can’t refute that, but I can’t confirm it either. I looked at a Blu-Ray and captured the most likely frames, then brightened six of them, using various color treatments. Conclusion? None. As ol’ Mel Allen used to say, “You make the call.”

I’ll say this.
1. If that isn’t a nipple, I don’t know what it is.
2. That said, I can’t see an areola. At all.
3. Other topless shots of her confirm she does have them. No ghost nipples.
Conclusion: some kind of uber pastie that essentially covers the entire face of the breast. Likely a latex appliance. Nipple shows throw, casts a shadow, like a severe pokie. No other bumps or features do, latex is thick enough to obscure those. It’s not latex like you’d find on a glove, or a dental dam, it’s latex like you’d use for fetish gear or, well, makeup appliances.
Odd that we’ve not seen this used before. Shouldn’t be terribly hard to make or apply, would provide better coverage than a pastie and a more natural look, and would also be extremely cheap.
