“I have worn this skirt to prior executions without incident.”

    1. Did you read the article and see the picture of what she was wearing? Hardly a mini-skirt.

      1. Did neither of you notice she is wearing shorts in the photo posted with the article and that is not the outfit she wore to the execution? I thought that’d be obvious at a glance boys.

        1. A glance at the picture is irrelevant to the article. It’s just a stock photo of her. The article specifically mentions that the skirt was 1.5 inches above her knee. That’s not a mini skirt, but standard length. (And closer to the knee than the outfit pictured.)

And of course, the was no funeral mentioned.

TIP: I’ve always found it useful to read the article before commenting on it.

      1. See her tweet. “I tried to pull my skirt to my hips to make the skirt longer, but was told it was still not appropriate.”

        1. The exact height of her skirt is mentioned in the article: 1.5 inches above the knee, and she tried to pull it down, so probably on the knee after adjustments. Def not a mini-skirt.

  1. I am not sure what is weirder.

Alabama has a dress code for executions
    Or
A reporter has special outfit to wear to executions.

  2. There’s going to be a new phrase in the urban dictionary to denote incredibly stupid- “Alabama dumb.” As in: Mark Lindell isn’t just stupid, he’s “Alabama dumb.”

  3. Those Alabama Department of Corrections guys are so out of it. Don’t they know that’s what all the execution witnesses in Paris are wearing this season?

  4. So they’ve got the Harper Valley PTA running these things now? Typical Alabama.
