Consider Hilary Duff. Here she is now, a top-shelf megababe.
And here’s what she looked like in 2019, when struggling to drop her pregnancy weight.

Getting in shape like that makes me wonder if she’s doing an upcoming “scene” in a movie.
We can hope!
Diet, schmiet I’d rather see wide Duff booty – we got enough skinny broads in Hollywood
Diet, exercise, and the finest trainers, nutritionists, and chefs money can buy.
Yep. I’ll get right on it.
Those extras may help, but a person can be in good shape with just diet and exercise. The hard part for people is knowing what the diet and exercise should be. Most people do it wrong and that’s why it doesn’t work.
If a person eats just the # of calories a day that their body needs then they will not gain weight. The food can be just about anything, steaks, chicken, some junk food, just don’t overdue the junk food. Combine this with at least 3 workout days where the exercise goes from a 1/2 hour to an hour. Some knowledge is needed to know which exercises to do and how to do them, but that’s all it takes to stay healthy and be in good shape.
Not as hard as some people might think, just need to know the proper things to do. If they just taught this in school to everyone then people in this country would be a lot healthier.
Uhhh Both links are identical …
I don’t know if this cover for the Jan issue of the Australian Women’s Health was supposed to be where the link went, but it makes the point pretty well
Got it. Thanks for the heads-up!
