Didn’t she do a real nude scene in Two Moon Junction?
Exchanging bras in the ladies room with Sherilyn Fenn! That’s a WAY better scene than this – not sure Kristy ever did more than topless tho
My first celebrity crush when I was a real little kid: Kristy Mcnichol.
I was born without gaydar.
I thought Halford from Judas Priest just really liked motorcycles thus all the leather and studs. Had zero clue. Last to find out.
I don’t think most of us as kids did although I guess there are some out there that want to change that. I had no idea the Village People had anything to do with anything gay.
I didn’t care much for McNichol though. Valerie Bertinelli all the way.
I didn’t really know about such things when I was a kid. It did seem to me that Liberace was no Gary Cooper in the macho department, but I didn’t really know that there was a connection between that and having sex with other men.
I can see now that one of my mom’s friends must have been a lesbian, but at the time I probably didn’t even know that was a thing.
My parents never expressed any disdain for homosexuals, but neither did they acknowledge their existence, so I grew up with no bigotry, but plenty of ignorance.
